Gangways and ship doors

The gangways are made of aluminium according to global standard. Technically, the gangway is like a ramp which is smooth and sloping.

Can be foldable or built in such a way that they are constructed on the ship itself.

We have produced more than 20 gangways and ship doors over the period of last 10 years.

Platforms and railings

For more than 10 years, we have produced large sized platforms, railings, walkways and stairs for oil platforms.

For example, last platform was 25 tons with dimensions 17 x 12 meters. The final assembly was done in the port of Paldiski. Fences made of black or stainless steel, usually painted or hot dip galvanized.

Special technological equipment

For offshore industry we have produced mouseholes, ratholes, skeeds, fingerboards etc. We have made various structures for pipe and riser handling equipment.

Also tailor made winches, various tailor made hose reels with/without spooler and powered (or manual) umbilical saddles.

Seamarks

Navigation mark. Form of aid to navigation and pilotage that identifies the approximate position of a maritime channel, hazard, or administrative area to allow boats, ships and seaplanes to navigate safely.

Finishing classified as C5-M: very high durability coating system for environmental conditions (marine). Client: Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency
